Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
LCB OWL courses are non-refundable and cannot be physically returned due to their digital nature. Refunds are at LCGB OWLs discretion and their response in final.
Accessing the courses requires that your computer is connected to the internet and has sound (i.e. headphones or speakers).
Slower internet connection speeds will affect the loading speed and the viewing quality of LCGB OWL presentations.
LCGB OWL is not responsible for ensuring that a participant’s computer specifications and internet configuration enable them to participate in LCGB OWL online activities and resources.
LCGB OWL is run by LCGB volunteers and communications may at times take up to 5 days. LCGB OWL will endeavour for communications to occur within a much shorter time frame but due to the nature of volunteering cannot guarantee it as such.
WHO Code Policy
LCGB OWL is WHO Code compliant. As such, we do not accept sponsorship or advertising from any manufacturer, organisation or company that is deemed to be in violation of the World Health Organization’s International Code on Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes. Should any individual, organisation or corporation, who is speaking or sponsoring LCGB OWL be found to be in violation of the WHO Code, LCGB OWL is at liberty to cancel their involvement and nullify any prior agreements.
CERPs are applied for and/or approved as stated on our website. CERPs are awarded by IBLCE. LCGB OWL has no control over the amount or type of CERPs awarded for each course and these may be subject to change.
LCGB OWL is required by IBLCE to track all video views to prove attendance at the conference. Tracking records are attached to each participant’s username and log in activity. You cannot claim points for presentations not viewed.
- Continuing Education R? P?s (CERPs) will be available for certain courses. Please ensure you review the available credits for each course prior to purchasing the product.
- In order to receive accreditation for a particular course, delegates must be logged-in with their own username & password.
- You will be required to complete a short quiz after viewing each presentation to verify you have participated in the learning activity.
- Once a course / course Bundle is completed, you will be able to confirm your attendance and submit your viewing record. You will then be able to download your certificate of completion.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have not viewed the educational materials through one of our past courses.
- Your Certificate(s) will reflect the amount of educational activity that has occurred.
Certificates must be generated by you, the participant. You may choose multiple certificate types to cover your education or re-accreditation needs depending on their availability on the LCGB OWL platform.
Certificates can be generated as many times as you like. Be aware that certificates do not constitute full proof of attendance. LCGB OWL’s video viewing records constitute proof of attendance for IBLCE audit.
Certificates can be generated at the end once all required lessons have been viewed. Only courses viewed in full can be claimed on the certificate.
- Each individual’s log in details belong solely to the user to whom LCGB OWL has provided them to.
- Log in details are NOT sharable; they are to be used solely by the person who they are provided to.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

- LCGB OWL requires its Speakers to use only those images and graphics that they personally own and have a right to share, have purchased the rights to share, or have obtained legal permission to share in the presentations and power points that they provide to LCGB OWL.
- LCGB OWL Speakers retain ownership of the content of their presentation. LCGB OWL users have permission to print handouts provided by LCGB OWL Speakers only for their own educational purposes directly related to the LCGB OWL course for which the materials have been provided and do not have permission to access any part of the Speaker’s Recording.
- It is LCGB OWL’s policy that the onus is on the Speaker to honour this policy and to ensure that their images and graphics fall within; LCGB OWL is not able to vet each image and graphic that form part of the presentations and power points of its Speakers.

- record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given
- remove any copyright or other notice of Fitch Learning Ltd on the Course Materials;
- modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
